Lesia Lé
Artist from Ukraine
Lesia Lé was born in Ivano-Frankivsk in 1999.She graduated from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University Through her figurative works, she explores childhood and memory, the deep forces that shape us. She returns to memories: soft, elusive, and authentic. At the center of her visual language are animals and human figures. These serve as symbols of innocence, care, and quiet spiritual strength. Many of her images arise from her environment, personal stories, family memory, culture, and faith. Childhood is not simply a past left behind but a source of presence, truth, and connection.

Painting by Lesia Lé
45 x 100 cm • Acrylic on canvas
Location:
Виноград, Ukraine
This painting is rooted in childhood memories and the quiet realization of what it means to be a Ukrainian. It reflects the moments of listening, feeling, and slowly understanding the depth behind the words of the poems I once recited. With time, those simple verses revealed something far more profound a connection to identity, land, and inherited strength.
